Camper Leveling Made Easy: Anderson Camper Leveler Review

One of the most time-consuming aspects of setting up your RV is getting it level. One of the most common ways to do it is using leveling blocks, but using them is time-consuming, hard to get just right, and isn’t friendly if you’re doing it yourself. Well, goodbye blocks, and hello, Anderson Camper Levelers.

The Anderson Camper Leveler system is a simple, low-tech solution to fine-tuning your RV leveling. After using these for a few years, I really don’t know how I managed before them. The simplicity about them is what I love. The whole setup involves just two components: A curved riser and a wheel chock.

To use, you simply place the curved leveling pieces under the tires of the side that you need to raise up and back/drive onto it. Once level, you just insert the wheel chock behind the opposite side of the level, and you’re done.

Anderson claims that you can be level in 5 minutes or less. Sometimes companies make false claims like this, but in this situation, it’s spot on. I’m normally level in 2-3 minutes and that includes me getting in and out of the truck. I can be level in less than 1 minute when I use these in combination with the Level Mate Pro– A wireless leveling gadget that links up with your phone (More to come on that in a separate post. Together, this is the next best thing to an auto-leveling system.
